Hanna Cope

Hanna is a registered and skilled holistic counsellor in Auckland who completed her training in New Zealand. She has extensive experience working in various settings including private practice, tertiary education, GP and other agencies.


Hanna works with clients compassionately and collaboratively to support them navigate through challenges and work towards their goals. She is invested in Polyvagal theories and invites the wisdom of the body and mind in therapy.


Her main areas of interest include trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting, grief, and neurodiversity.


Hanna employs person-centred approach and uses various evidence-based therapeutic models.


Beyond her professional life, Hanna is a mother and spends her spare time in nature, and with family.
