
Darren Pininski
Darren is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with experience working across New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and South Africa in public mental health, neurodevelopmental services, and private practice. He holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from University of the Witwatersrand and a Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatric Neuropsychology from University College London.
Darren has worked in a range of specialist services, including the internationally renowned Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. He has particular expertise in the assessment of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and works with a wide range of presentations including anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship challenges.
His therapeutic approach is informed by psychodynamic and psychoanalytic thinking, while drawing on evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual's needs. Darren is committed to providing a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative space where clients can develop greater self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.
