Sofie Baguley

Sofie is a Health Psychologist working with children, teens, and adults facing complex health and life challenges. Alongside her clinical practice, she is undertaking advanced training in Clinical Neuropsychology to deepen her expertise in brain‑based and trauma-informed approaches.

Sofie brings warmth, respect, and genuine connection to sessions and offers evidence‑based interventions such as EMDR, ACT, CBT, Prolonged Exposure, and Mindfulness-based therapies. Sofie contributes to innovative clinical trials in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, a growing field showing promise for treatment-resistant conditions.

Sofie is deeply committed to supporting resilience and well-being in the face of physical, relational, or health-related difficulties. She strives to create a safe, collaborative space where each person’s unique story shapes their healing journey—guided by clinical expertise, compassion, and authentic partnership.
