Lily Stavar

Since 2010, I have been dedicated to helping individuals of all ages overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, sleeping or eating disorders, behavioural and other emotional challenges. I also have extensive experience working with neurodiverse population, teaching them strategies that will empower independence and a meaningful life.

Originally trained as a Clinical Psychologist in Europe, I have since expanded my skills set to include working with neurodiverse children and their families as a Child Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I am passionate about helping children reach their full potential and providing parents with the support they need to create a healthy and happy home environment. My approach is grounded in CBT, DBT, ACT and ABA strategies to promote lasting change.

I offer face to face consultations in Rosedale, online consultations and also outdoor consultations for those of you who feel more comfortable connecting with nature while we work together.
