Vicky is a registered counselling psychologist who takes a strengths-based, collaborative, and compassionate approach to therapy. Vicky aims to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, recognise their strengths, and grow. Her evidence-based practice supports clients to deepen self-understanding, build practical skills, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
