Dr Ally Bijl-Brown is a registered clinical psychologist with experience working with young people and adults facing challenges in their life. Ally has a warm and non-judgemental approach, using evidence based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and drawing on Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Schema therapies in order to find a treatment approach that works for her clients. Ally works with young people and adults (ages 12+).
