The good life is a process, not a state of being” quoted Carl Rogers. “It is a direction, not a destination”. A quote that brings great meaning personally and professionally, in that everyone despite their challenges can achieve their true potential.

I believe that each person is stronger and more resilient than they perceive. By providing a therapeutic space that is non-judgemental, supportive and safe to allow individuals to face their fears, to do what is difficult but necessary to reach their ultimate destination and establish a life that feels good on the inside and looks good on the outside. I, therefore, structure the therapeutic process to allow each person to gather the necessary skills, tools, and insight to reach their optimal potential.
